American Express® Card Member Terms & Conditions
Perks for American Express® Card Members are provided on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted. Perks may be canceled or modified at any time. Fulfillment of these perks is the sole responsibility of the Billie Eilish Pop-Up Shop staff. American Express is not responsible for fulfillment of any of the Card Member perks.
American Express Card Member Early Access
American Express® Card Members can gain early access to the Billie Eilish Pop-Up Shop one (1) hour prior to the general public opening hours between 10AM and 11AM. To gain access, you must present on entry to a staff member with your valid American Express® Card at the entrance. Subject to capacity restrictions. Card Members are permitted to bring one (1) guest with them to the early access hour. Card Members are not required to make a purchase during the American Express early access hour.
American Express Card Member Dedicated Checkout Line
The dedicated Card Member checkout line is only available for American Express® Card Members (their guests are not permitted), and only American Express Cards can be used to purchase items at this dedicated checkout. Card Members may obtain access to the dedicated checkout line by showing a valid American Express® Card. All purchases must be made with an American Express Card when using this dedicated checkout.
American Express Exclusive Merchandise
American Express® Card Members will have the opportunity to purchase a merchandise item, exclusive to Card Members, while supplies last. Exclusive merchandise item must be purchased using an American Express® Card. Limit one (1) exclusive merchandise item per Card Member. Any attempt by a Card Member to purchase more than one (1) exclusive merchandise item may result in not being eligible for access to this offer. All purchases are final.
American Express Exclusive – Gift with Purchase
American Express® Card Members who make a purchase with an American Express® Card at the Billie Eilish Pop-Up Shop can receive a complimentary gift of an exclusive Billie Eilish poster, while supplies last. Limit one (1) gift per Card Member. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Gift will be provided “as is” and American Express does not guarantee every Card Member will be able to redeem the perk. Any taxes on applicable purchases are the responsibility of the Card Member. An item of comparable or greater value may be substituted, at the sole discretion of the Billie Eilish Pop-Up Shop. Perk is not valid on previous purchases. Perk may be cancelled or modified at any time. Subject to all applicable laws.
